When is the Office Closed?


When the office is closed for the evening, weekends, or holidays (listed below), there is always a physician on call. If your issue is a medical concern, then call our main line, (617) 964-9070 and ask our answering service to page the doctor on call to help you. We have a physician on call 365 days per year. If you have not heard back from a provider in 15 minutes, please call the answering service again and inform them of this.

How Can I Leave a Message for a Provider at NWPC?


Providers try to answer messages as soon as possible, but cannot always answer them right away due to the large volume of patients under their care. In most cases, calls can be handled by another person within the office, so consider asking for help before leaving a message. If that person cannot be of assistance, he/she will then get a message to your provider. Please consider emailing your provider.
